You can specify output format & Watermark position.

Suppose  i have chosen this image file as Source File :

And this image file as Water mark file:
I have specified position bottom.

So here is my output:
My water mark image file will reside on source file at bottom side.
Out put is stored as image file on the same location where your source code is.And the same is displayed also.
